How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.
How do I join a house?
When registering, enter the house code provided by your house manager. If you're already registered, contact your house manager to be added.
How do I check in?
Open the Check-In tile from your home screen or Recovery Tools folder. Select the meeting type and confirm your check-in.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your journal entries and personal data are private. House managers can only see check-in records and program participation. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us through our contact form to request account deletion. We will remove your data within 30 days.
