All Ways Connect is a recovery support platform that provides tools for individuals in substance abuse and mental health recovery programs, including check-ins, journaling, meditation, milestone tracking, and communication with recovery houses and coaches.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

If you are a resident of a recovery house using this Service, you acknowledge that house managers and staff may have access to your check-in data, reports, and program participation as part of your recovery program agreement.
You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, gratitude lists, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content within the application for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. All Ways Connect is a support tool and is not a substitute for professional medical treatment, therapy, or counseling. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Ways Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
